•          Intensive management in first generation

•          Once self-sustaining

–        whole range of genetic diversity should be added

–        Managed as wild population

•          Relatively low (11 %) success rate to date

–        > 500 individuals, self-sustaining

–        Release of more individuals, longer time

–        Include local employment, community education program

–        Arabian oryx, Alpine ibex, bald eagle, peregrine falcon, Aleutian goose, Galapagos tortoise
